Are these comfortable as everyday shoes? They look cool and unique but I don't ride a motorcycle. Would want to wear them as casual shoes/sneakers with jeans.
Definitely not, your money is better spent elsewhere
I would consider this the same as riding in work boots. Depends on what level of risk you're willing to take. Some lady hit me on the freeway and I was in A* SMX-3's and my feet still got banged up. So now I just stick to riding in my full race boots.
I would say this works for those commuting and not wanting to carry around extra boots. Something you could reasonably keep on once you get to your destination. I would agree with you on long rides or when you are going out for a spirited ride and then going back home.
I like the casual look just not sure the level of protection with those compared to Sidis I normally wear... need to do some research.
Also, can you wear Dainese if you don't ride the Duck?? Asking for a friend... jk.
This is more for short commute / urban riding. Sole and ankle inserts are both on the softer side (still stronger than everyday sneakers), so less protection but more comfort.

Yes, these are totally fine as everyday shoes. I ride to work and wear them all day.
