Good price, I just grabbed the Medium Check in at $195. To compare, the Away Travel Check in Medium is $316.

and they worth the price how?
i mean i am not seeing anything special about their luggage over, say coolife from amazon. or is this like prada for lugges that the brand worth 80% of the value? they aren't zipless, or use premium material, or light weight. and the only thing they have to separate themselve apart seem to be the special "telescopic handle" and fashion design?

serious question here.

The bags are in same class as Away. Better zippers, rollers, manufacture etc. Yes, service is abysmal so cross your fingers that you won't need to return or anything

I had a good experience with their customer service today. However, it was in regards to a price adjustment and not a warranty claim or return. They adjusted the price on my order to match the black Friday sale and also will be mailing me the complimentary item that's included in their black Friday promotion.

I was ready to pull the trigger on a couple of suitcases until I realized this. I'm surprised that a premium brand like this doesn't offer free returns.

Have several friends who have their luggage and they love it so I pulled the trigger.

I used coupon code ROXANNET25 but now it's not working.

It was much better than BLACKFRIDAY
