Obviously it comes down to personal preference but I find the Peanut Butter Cookies.....not very good.

I like the Chocolate Chip Cookies. Those are much better. If you have any special dietary needs do be aware that they have quite a lot of saturated fat though.

The amount of milk you need to be able to choke down a Quest cookie… you would be better off with a protein shake.

Site study please…. Is this somewhat "toxic" like water is if you drink to much?


As far as a protein snack goes, cookies are far tastier then bars…. Not as good as ice cream(Halo).

Quest Bars are actually pretty dang good tasting compared to some other protein bars.
Cookie dough and birthday cake are both great imo and 20g of protein with only 190 calories is a good ratio.

Good deal, close to the Sam's Club price.
