A certain CB site is offering 10% cash back on purchases made through the HP store.

My Bank Of America credit card and Chase Amazon Prime credit card both had 5% CB offers on purchases from hp.com up to $40.50 CB (which means the CB maxes out at $810 spending). I'm guessing that other types of Chase credit cards might get this offer so it's worth checking.

+$60 to configure for 240hz QHD panel. This seems like a no-brainer upgrade, even if you don't want to game on a 4060 @ QHD. So tempted, but I use 10key a lot when I'm not gaming.

I hear you! FHD seems like the better pick.. 1440p is not without it's drawbacks. Streaming movies that are often 1080p is pretty annoying on a 1440p screen, and in Windows many things don't scale quite right.

Scaling on Windows is very good these days. I have used Windows 11 on screens from 100 ppi to 267 ppi (including multiple screen setups with different ppi), and I very rarely run into scaling issues, and if any it's because application developer doesn't properly handle scaling. For the majority of everyday tasks it works fine.

Price is up to $950 before code. Also the 10% code only works on RTX 4070 models not $999 and up.

Edit 2:
Price is back down to $850 before code but it expires in 3 hours.
