On sale at Michaels. Pretty decent price. Haven't seen many higher-end Christmas Tree deals yet.

I wouldn't say 450 LED's is higher end? I could be wrong.

Most trees I've been looking at to replace a 5+ year old artificial, pre-lit tree are at least 1200+ LED's.

Anyone know if you can add additional twinkly strings to these? I bought a few 300s last year and considered going this route to upgrade our tree.

Higher end maybe meaning the quality of the branches? I think 450 lights should be enough, can always add more. Also have a teacher discount of 15% saves about $45. Over 3000 branch tips though is nice.

I had 600 twinkly lights on my real 7.5ft tree and I thought it looked bare.

Don't bite unless you want/need 1 right now for xMas 2023. I have bought 3x 7.5 ft Twinkly with 600 LED for $150 on clearance at Home Depot after the holiday. My first 2 were before the pandemic and my 3rd was during.

Also make sure it's 2nd Gen or later so you get HomeKit too.

450 is definitely not enough on a 7.5 ft tree. I have a 6.5 ft real tree we just dressed up a couple days ago. The first 400 barely covered the first 12 inches of the base branches. We used 1300 lights for our tree. We wrap each branch about half way into the middle.

For family/relative, of all the xMas decoration, this tree is my favorite item.

While having twinkly lights preinstalled is great convenience, quality of tree itself is making you think why i didn't consider low rating reviews before buying. Long story short, got rid of preinstalled twinkly, instead bought great unlit tree of my choice and 600 RWB+W twinkly lights. Sure it does cost me more, but second year in a row all family happy.

I literally just finished wrapping my 7.5ft tree with 600 rgb+w twinkly. I wrapped it around the tree, it is ok, but I am going to redo it. I will just cover the areas that are visible instead of wrapping it because my tree is in a corner. I would say 600 is the very minimum for a 7.5ft tree.
