I bought an EM3FPAC32BC last year for about the same price (same $25 GC deal too) and it lasted 10 months before the backlight died. Sent it in to Element and they cut me a check for what I paid minus tax because it wasn't worth fixing. Just FYI but use an extended warranty CC on these.

I don't recommend this. Bought it during last year BF sale and it died just earlier this month. Currently in the process of getting refund or fix with the manufacturer.

Damn. I own this since BF 2022. It still works but I'm worried it will die out of warranty. Lots of complaints of the backlight dying on this within a year…

I got this one last year as many others. Nice thing, it comes with usb-c incerface, so I can connect and charge my Mac with a single cable. It worked fine before, but now it doesn't. it seems like the power supply can't handle the load anymore, so if I plug my Mac and the battery is below 80% the monitor shuts off. Then it tries to turn on, but goes off again, and again, and again...
The power supply is too weak. The good thing is that the PS is external, so it can be replaced/fixed.

I, too, have this monitor from last years BF. You were supposed to be emailed a code for a 25 dollar Visa gift card that never came. After much bellyaching, they finally coughed up a not completely useless 25 dollar Office Depot card. There are hardly any Office Depots anymore, at least in Southern California. All that said the monitor has worked great. No issues, and my cheap ass might be in for two more.

Thanks OP, despite the reports of poor reliability, this might be too good a deal to pass up. I had ordered the cheaper 27" QHD IPS from Amazon, but I think the 32" will be better for my declining eyesight.

Exactly same thing happened to me! They sent me a check since it was dead after 10-11 months usage.
Avoid this Element brand! If you are lucky, it will dead within 1 year warranty period.

Went through 3 of this last year before giving up, they all had some quality control issues. Don't do this.

Stay away from this model. My power switch on the motherboard died about ~5 months after setting it up. Check cut by element minus tax.

Got this last year and it died, and they didn't replace it with rma, they just gave me ar refund. Sounds good in the short term but probably not in the long term.

Died at 11 month mark

I will add my comment for every Element related post:

Please don't buy Element products. Bought a monitor from them. It's only last 4 months and now it gives me blank screen when I turn on. I cannot return it because it's over 90 days return policy. Spent a lot of time through many calls to their customer service. They tried to ignored me by chasing around like "I'm getting an update for your case", "Someone will give you a call back at the end of the day or in 24 hours". Never got a call back. They keep doing that until I gave up. Like just thrown away a couple of hundred bucks. This company is scamming people.

From all these posts, guess I am one of the rare lucky ones. Monitor is doing well still and I received the $25 as well. USB-C ports are very useful to charge phones. The one downside is that the ports are very hard to reach. There's a line which shows up when the screen is dark. I talked to Element. They were ready to refund if I shipped them back. They sent me the prepaid label too. But that issue was not very significant and monitor was still very much usable. I decided to live with that issue and keep it. I have been happy so far.
