Many of these no name portable display monitors at this price point.
For a while Arzopa was getting pushed pretty hard on SD.
Is this one better than others somehow?

I wish if these could support touch somehow, want to create my own kitchen tablet sort of thing using raspberry pi or Samsung dex

You can see whatever the back screen of the camera shows: fstop, shutter speed, iso, etc. You can see images taken but on a bigger screen. It works for various platforms (MFT, Sony, Nikon, etc.). Just make sure to go to AliExpress to buy correct male/female adapters.

For anyone in the market for these, I have and recommend the QQH brand on Amazon. They have an option with the built in cover that doubles as a stand, and I can confirm it works with Nintendo Switch. The only thing that isn't awesome is the speakers are a bit underpowered but I figured that's the case with all of these.
