I bought this TV stand for my 55" for $100 about 6 years ago. It looks great and pivots the TV effortlessly. The top shelf is perfect for my soundbar and Apple TV. It's heavy, sturdy, and uncomplicated to assemble. Glass shelf-tops are easy to clean.

I've had 70, 75, and 77" TVs on this stand since 2015 and they've all been rock solid.

As long as you're under the weight limit I think it's more about keeping the center of gravity low so it doesn't tip.

I attached the mounting bracket to the lowest position on the post and positioned the mounting bracket rather high on the TV, so the bottom of the TV is 3-4" above the top shelf. That helps the center of gravity low.

It works great for me, very stable.

It also comes with an attachment to anchor it to the wall if you want to feel safer (e.g., with small children) but I've never needed it.

Like the others; I bought this in 2019 for $100 and it has held up well and looks great. It's aesthetically more pleasing than the low price suggests. Love the glass tops with the metal trim; looks classy IMO.
I too bought same year and price. Still holding good.

Can you assemble this without the TV stand? I am wall mounting the TV (150lbs) but do like the aesthetics of this for use as a media stand. And it's perfect as I need it to hold my router, cable modem etc etc.
Yes, according to the manual you can. [manualshelf.com] I was considering doing the same when I first got the stand but decided to have the ability to turn the TV 45 degrees left and right; makes attaching cables much easier.

Looking for a TV stand for my new 75" TV, but it said 'up to 65 inch'. The TV's weight (70lb) is within limit (135lb) though. Shall I give it a try?

Bought this TV stand for my 65 inch 7 years ago and it is awesome, use the top shelf for my soundbar, bottom for my ps n xbox, middle for my blurays and games... It is sturdy, looks great and swivels. Great stand.

(Sorry if it's too much not needed info, this is the first item that's on SD FP which I already own, so got excited)

These are dust collectors and many will end up getting something that closes.

If you clean them with Armor All, Pledge ECT, it will help prevent dust build up. Also having an air purifier in the same room as the stand mitigates dust as well.

I've been experimenting with a few cleaners/protectants over the years. Novus 7050 [amazon.com] is meant for clear plastic but works well on this stand also. In addition, Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax [amazon.com] is a fav of mine; makes appliances like stoves and washing machines pop.

All that crap aside; if you use a cleaner/protectant it really does help with preventing dust. If I had to choose my absolute favorite it would be Armor All Ultra Shine [amazon.com]; it works for mostly everything. Novus 7050 is fantastic for clear plastics though; monitors, phones and TVs really benefit from it.

This looks solid so I'm intrigued. Can anyone comment on how difficult it is to move this?

I had the one without the attached mount. It looked great and held up very well. Versus fiberboard TV stands, this looks significantly higher quality.

Only real issue is the wood color, may be a bit dated.
Me too. Bought it for $40 last year which i thought was a decent price. Bought a cheap separate tabletop stand from amazon for my 55". Looks great. Very sturdy

>> Assembled Product Dimension (LxWxH): 54.00 x 21.00 x 55.50 Inches

Can someone confirm if it's really 54 inch wide (I'm really thinking of dimension as widthxdepth), given it has a mount, it seems much wider than I expected.

Anyone know what the spacing is between the shelves? How many inches?
