Not sure why the crossed out price is actually too low on this, but this has been on sale many times $30, 20, 15, but is usually around $40. Definitely a great deal at less than $12.

I'm just a peon at SD that posts some deals sometimes, but it is super awkward the whole list price thing. From my experience, if I put $16 as a list then casual users think it's a horrible deal and doesn't bother to click (because they're used to inflated lists), if go to the manufacturer or Walmart and use their list price in lieu of Amazon "typical price" then the "OMG THAT LIST PRICE!!" comments come. To me as someone who has spent nearly 3 years actively using the site, the list / was / typical is utterly useless when assessing slickness, yet from my observation it plays a huge role in the likelihood a deal performs on SD.
