I'm currently waiting for HP to fix my 2020 Envy x360. It's the first laptop I had that broke because the hinge popped out of the screen from normal use.
Fortunately, it was covered because I paid for the extended warranty. I figured it would be a week turnaround. Nope. They're short on supplies (maybe a lot of busted hinges out there) and they estimate it will take 2 months for the repair.
I didn't realize how prevalent this problem was until I did a search for "Envy" and "hinge."
I really liked the laptop but I wouldn't recommend it unless they've fixed this issue.

HP is notorious for not reparing and blaiming consumers for defective hinges.

The chassis in the plastic also flexes a lot

Lastly they have a lot of bloatware
