I found is $8.99 charge.

It's not clear to me though if I'm get the shipping charge refunded if I opt for this.
I ordered 5 polos to get the free home shipping (after signing up for their rewards program). At checkout, it kept switching to free pickup at my local fedex pickup location at Walgreens instead of free shipping to home. Once I submitted the order, the confirmation email says it is being shipped to home.
I got 5 polos for $21.25 total with free shipping.
