This has been on my watch list for a while and seems to never go on sale. Jumped on it. Thanks!

Edit: Cancelled after reading reviews. Really doesn't inspire confidence these will last, or that HyperX will help with warranty issues.

Valid concern. Competitors seem to be Logitech G PRO X2 Lightspeed and Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro, and if you sort by Amazon one star reviews they all seem to have some units that brick after a few months. I'm going to jump on this for price alone. Wish me luck!

The price currently is $169. That's pretty insane battery life and hopefully the problems are only with a small amount of headsets. The 1 Star reviews are good to read, but also the 5 and 4 star reviews,too. Most headsets have 1 star reviews, but most buyers are happy. If I was going to get this, I'd get it and take advantage of Amazon's long holiday return policy. If things start going sideways, just send them back for a full refund.

Why buy it if you're going to return it anyways? The product is crap.

The majority of 5 star reviews seem to like it. They very well might be crap, but if someone was a big Hyperx fan really wanted to try them, now would be a good time with the long return policy. They might get a good headset and wish to keep them. Just a possibility.

I have this headset and can say that it's been one of the best headsets I've owned for gaming. Extremely comfortable and durable. Don't throw it around and you'll be fine. Do not trust the reviews. It's great. Battery life is INSANE.
