Hate apple products but daughter insisted on getting iPhone a few years back and now insists on these overpriced pieces of garbage.

Why so much hate? I was anti-Apple till I got my first iPhone, then slowly ended up having most of their products at home. Have you given them a chance?

For your question, they have gone down to $70 just 2 weeks ago at Walmart but has since been around the $80 range so yeah pretty much the best price at the moment.

Because they're overpriced and overhyped with a cult following that insists it's perpetually the best product. The os is garbage. Is 99% of the apple population doing anything different than texting and tiktoking to justify the premium pricing?

yes, I've been forced to use it in the past for work and can confirm they are utter and complete dumbed down garbage

lack of static back button is a clear design flaw too.

Anyone who is in IT or technology, absent of videographer/photographers (for which apple products are indeed superior) knows that apple products are overpriced and counter to what real technologists would want.
