Also if you happen to have two Amex cards or a significant other with another Amex card that both have the Dell offer… Dell allows multiple credit cards to be used and splitting this purchase in half after tax gets you just over the $599 to take advantage of two offers.
I know this is rare to have two Amex cards but if anyone is curious I did get the notification for both accounts that the offer was redeemed.
For example, when you search their database for the mobile 4060, it shows the desktop 4060 to be 30% faster. So in other words, if the RX 7600M XT is just below a desktop 4060, then it's almost 30% faster than the mobile 4060.. https://www.techpowerup
