I'd recommend against stocking up lotion tissues. If you buy them, make sure you are planning to use them soon. I recently opened ones I bought a few years ago, and lotion had all dried up that it was basically normal tissue lol (yes, silly me).
I normally stock heavily and have never had an issue with a bad box.

I normally buy the Willow tissues from Aldi. They are 144 tissues in a box for $1.19. I think they've gone up since the last time I bought them - usually buy a case of 36 as we use a lot of tissues (I have constant allergies). Wife loves Puffs so for $1.18/box I'll bite. I'm losing 20 tissues per box, so 3.3 boxes less tissues when buying 24 Puffs vs 24 Willow.
