Yes... Just bought a speaker from them. They are a liquidation site i believe. Just search their name on SD.

I've bought a number of things from them, it's pretty hit or miss. Ordered 4 Belkin battery banks and while all four came in the correct box, 2 of them were the wrong model. Also ordered three tumblers and only one of them came with a straw even though they were listed as new.

They buy a lot of returns and overstock from Target which is evidenced by the fact that they have have a ton of listings for products that are Target "house brands" such as "Cat and Jack", "Brightroom", "Magnolia", etc.

Likely the power banks that I bought were returns from Target where someone took advantage of the store by purposefully returning the wrong item (aka stealing).

Either way, a quick call to their customer service landed me a return label in my email inbox by the end of the day.

TL;DR Roulette that sometimes pays off

the elite controller keeps coming in and out of stock. says it's new in the description. Worth the gamble as returns are easy.

Read from a few posts that the used controller is a common issue with this company. They had an "new" elite series 2 for about $80, though I would give it a gamble since I have purchased refurb headphones and earbuds from them in the past and was really happy with them. No such luck with controller, looks they they just sent a repackaged used controller along with all the finger grime from previous owner. Return was relatively easy.

Crap, I bought a "new" elite controller. Hopefully it's new and not new open box. I guess I'll find out in a couple days.

Received my elite controller today, definitely not new but almost. Looked up the warranty and it expires 12/12/2024. Pretty happy for only paying 65 bucks Smilie
