Anyone know if these drives integrate well with Samsung Gallery? Will the media files/folders in the drive show up on Samsung Gallery app when plugged in? And if you mark a photo or video as a favorite, does it save that and remember it when you plug the drive back at a later date (and show in Favorites)?
EDIT - Answering my own question:
It appears Samsung only allows basic file management with this type of drives. Drive works well through My Files, but doesn't integrate into Gallery or other apps as well. YMMV with updates, models, etc.
So if you want your Favorites saved through transfers, you can tag (#) those files before moving. To do this: Go to Favorites (in Gallery), Select all, and Add tag. You can find these files later by searching for the tag (and add to Favorites again if you like) even in other operating systems.

Hint: great for iPad's with USB-C to carry tons of movies, etc., without taking up internal storage.

I want to install Windows on my 2019 Intel.MacBook and I'm wondering if I can run it off this USB.
Good deal though!
