Usually there's some 40 cent rubber washer you can replace that'll fix the issue.

Got old faucets that have a constant drip drip drip. Maybe it's time. I do like the looks of these.

I've noticed a lot of the newer / recent models have plastic or thin metal exteriors. The older (or more expensive / professional models) seem to be where the quality is at.

I have this Moen model and another very similar one, both from Costco, paid even less. They have a metal body and seem high quality enough. They were both at least better than the old faucets I had.

I would buy these Moen faucets over the noname brand stuff on Amazon for example.

Agreed, search YouTube for dripping faucet and there's a ton. Even further, search the brand you have/leak for the process for a specific brand.

5 mins on YouTube and $1 and you'll probably save a lot vs replacing. Also it requires way less work than replacing the whole faucet.

I don't understand how to access the aerator if it gets dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Usually there's a special plastic tool that came with the faucet to untighten it. Or you can try by hand and turning it. Maybe pliers or something will work too.

Once I got one handle faucets, I can't turn back. I hate two handles faucets. Almost the cold side never gets turned on. lol

Just replace the valve. The hot one usually fails more often

If you don't want to buy the tool, you can get away with a needle nose plier. It'a not as efficient as the tools, but will work.

Look at it from the drain upwards and turn the tip where the water comes out counter clockwise

Thanks op! Just ordered. The thing I like with these mixer types is that they include the supply lines built in, so that saves you about $20 in new supply lines.

The push to close stopper is a nice touch, too. Those pull-up stoppers always have issues.

If you need a faucet and not looking to keep the home for years, then yes, buy from Amazon, Home Depot, or any box store. But the plumbing supply stores carry the higher quality versions of Moen, Kohler, etc. faucets. Manufacturers meet a box store price point by using plastic or low grade parts, where the plumbing supply store faucets use brass and better materials. More expensive, yes, but it may be the last faucet you need to put in.

During prime days (Amazon's junk garage sale in July) 2022 I purchased 2 of these for very cheap for my master bath dual vanity. Was skeptical of the low price but ended up being very pleased with them. The handle play is nothing but high quality and I love the push/pop drain stopper. So tired of fiddling with rusting popup arms, etc.

So pleased with this faucet that when it dropped to ~$40 a few days ago I purchased 3 more for the rest of the bathrooms in my home.

Install is a breeze! I ran into far more trouble and time removing the old faucets and drains!

In short I recommend. Great faucet.
