It's currently out of stock. It's refurbished, as oppose to NEW like the Dreame. Also the dock is a significant downgrade compared to the Dreame that empties and fill the water tank and cleans the mop. This makes the L10s a MUCH better buy at this price than the s7 Maxv, IMO.

on Object avoidance which is the most important feature for me, here's a review:
I have it for only 2 days now but the object avoidance is insane, it regularly avoids the wires we have under our beds, cat toys, clothes ect...I thought I would need to hide the wires a bit, but no, it handles wires like a champ and the are underneath my bed has never been cleaner.The app takes a while to get used too, the room creation could be better. And I also wish some of the "cleangenius" features could be enabled on the custom settings too like the auto recleaning feature which rewashes heavily soiled areas.The mop extended feature is nice, not useful for a lot of households, but if you have places which the robot cant really get close to the edge its amazing, the mop extend allows the robot to reach under my kitchen cabinets and clean them well.it mops pretty well, able to clean most things even if they have dried over a few days.and the vacuuming is great and is able to clean everything.The mops are also magnetic which is nice for people with medium/high profile carpets, as the robot is able to leave the mops behind on its own.and the auto washing and drying is great.Though the best thing by far is the object avoidance, it just deals amazingly with everything we have on the ground. If you have no need for object avoidance this advanced you could probably get away with a cheaper robot that will clean just as well, but its probably the best object avoidance on the market right now.
