I wouldn't go with his list entirely. I believe an actual sports scientist disagreed with his list of things before. His draw is the general audience and not so much for people who knows what they're getting into. Think Dave Ramsey when saying "all debt is bad" but in fact some debt is good but debt in general is bad for "most" people because they don't understand how to leverage debt.

With that said, I know nothing about this item as I haven't looked into it yet at all.

I eat a Think bar every morning for the past 10 months. All good here.

Deal is still ok. I get these at BJs. 15 bars (both peanut butter and brownie) for $22.

I break this bar up into pieces and into my plain Greek yogurt. Really good and it helps me meet my protein number.

If you let some random stranger on the internet dictate your food habits, you have some real issues. Make the decision based on your research. Most of the stuff he finds harmful are generally safe to consume.
