i have these and love them. i think bluetooth headphones are incredibly overrated. just my opinion. these are well worth $17.
But using that definition of "emit radiation", incandescent lightbulbs also emit radiation and far more of it!

Here is the deal with YT
1. Youtubers are directly given free merch or paid by companies so they leave positive reviews of products for that company and negative for it's competitors.
2. The Youtuber is new to the scene and wants that YT money so says great things about every company trying to get one on the hook as a sponsor.
TL/DR if you watch and believe YT review videos you are naieve and easily manipulated! Amazon reviews are even less credible than YT reviews.
I can go to a website right now and for $200 I can get 20,000 subscribers to my YT account and/or 20,000 positive reviews for my product! And that website is one of hundreds of websites all offering the same services!
But wireless headphones do not put out any kind of radiation that can possibly cause any health problems. Anyone saying otherwise doesn't understand physics, biology, or both.
EM radiation within 2400-2500Mhz range causes increases in H20 vibrations, hence why microwaves heat food (the increase in water KE/vibrations leads to adjacent collisions and conductive heat transfer).
Bluetooth operates within the same range of the spectrum (2400-2483Mhz I believe). Granted the EM flux and associated SAR is low, one is still, effectively, microwaving their brain tissue, just at very low level.
Saying AirPod SAR is an order of magnitude below the allowable limit is true, but also means nothing more than it is an order of magnitude below a federal guideline which may or may not mean anything.
Damage, if it exists may be diffuse, such as increases in long term outcomes over decades not years, and these devices haven't existed in these applications for sufficient time periods in human populations to bear that out without any reasonable doubt.

these earbuds are def not loud but they are acceptable and they def don't sound great so you've been warned. Also an android phone won't give the lossless audio feature I tested these extensively.

Where to start. Ok well 100mW isn't a measure of energy, but power (a key giveaway you likely aren't formally trained). I assume you meant 100mJ (100mW for 1s), which still wouldn't be a .1C rise at 100% absorption.
Wow, ok...heading back to some semblance of reality...
We are talking about 100mW, which is 100mJ/s, which is around 24J of energy emission over a 4 minute duration song for instance. At 70% conversion efficiency (your number) that would be around 17J of heat transferred in 4 min. Now there will be isotropic losses and conductive losses to surrounding interstitial fluid, and many other factors, but people also operate them for far longer than 240s continuously, hydration varies, ear canal depth varies, body temperature variance, etc...but the point is the magnitudes are potentially much greater over time. Even if only 10% of that absorbs into 1cc of brain tissue (say it's 100% water for ease of math), that's 1.7J into 1cc (1g) water in 4 min, which is in itself a 0.4C/.7F increase in 4 min, assuming no losses (which admittedly there would be).
Something to note: Fevers of 106F for longer than 2 hours can cause permanent denaturation of certain proteins, such as those aided during final processing by chaperones. They don't properly reform upon return to normal temperatures. This is how sustained 106+F fevers can cause brain damage. Ever seen a child in an ice bath? I have. That is only 7-8F above normal body temperature for 120 min. That's only around a 4C gain. Denaturation can even occur at lower temps but over longer durations. It's cooking brain tissue very slowly. Moving on.
Microwaves are shielded, attenuating EM flux, hence why we don't get flash burns watching our food cook, and our brain tissue is typically much further from the magnetron than an airpod transmitter emits from. Every doubling of distance from isotropic source decreases EM flux by a factor of 4 modeled by an imaginary sphere of surface area 4piR^2. Brain tissue would only have to exist approximately 2.5m (about 8ft/100") away from an UNSHIELDED 1000W microwave, to receive the equivalent flux from 0.1W emitter at 1" (2.5cm...say in the inner ear).
Studies of SAR from cell phones have been sufficient to give pause, especially in children, from say using a cellular device without a wired headset (again, France had a law requiring it until recently). It seems to be primarily children using airpods, at least in my experience.
We learn more about the effects of short and long term radiation constantly. Our understanding of current modalities of harm are expanding, along with expanding understanding of novel modalities of potential harm. Animal models are not the same as human trials. How many studies are there of close range low intensity long duration microwave radiation of brain tissue in adolescent humans that exist? None, because it's a relatively new phenomena, which was my point.
I'm not arguing against using airpods, or necessarily saying they are dangerously microwaving children's brain tissue, nor am I saying they are even a reasonably probable risk...they aren't...damage is highly IMPROBABLE...BUT, to ignore there is ANY potential danger is naive.
