Is each miniwheat coated with sugar like the name brand kind is? I normally buy the store brand frosted mini wheats because I can't justify twice the price, but there's a noticeable difference in consistency. I don't know if they aren't as consistent with coating them or if the sugar falls off during shipping. I've tried a few different store brands and the maltomeal Spooners, and they all seem to have that issue.

Also, this isn't a great price. Frequently through the Ibotta app they will have $1 off per box and that would bring the total for 4 boxes in the Meijer offer above to $5 or to maximize the Ibotta app and buy up to 5, the price would be $6.50. That's a much better price for this item and it is available frequently, along with other cereals from Kelloggs.
I'd encourage people to try to get the cereal through their local grocery stores and combine their sales and promotions with the Ibotta app for a better deal.
