Purchased this via lenovo rewards awhile back but ended up selling it and going with something different. Build quality was decent, keyboard rgb/macro software was minimalistic. It isn't bad for the price but didn't feel as good as other mechanical keyboards I'd tested.

Don't get me started on the quality of their laptop screen hinges. We have two laptops and both hinges broke with normal use (it also cracks the base of the screen). I googled it and it turns out it's very common in those laptops. They fixed one of the two under warranty and they too broke a few months later. I'll never touch Lenovo again.

Funny, I havea Lenovo legion pro 5 since 2021, still kicking butt, no flex on hinges.

I'm just looking at these pallets of Thinkpads from the past decade that are all still brand new quality minus the scuffs and scratches and wondering how you think your issue with 1 laptop reflects at all on the quality of their laptops absolutely...

Their lower end laptops have this issue prevailing for quite some time. The higher ends don't have the flex and issue.

Honestly the Legion desktop I bought from them has been the worst computer I've ever owned. Defective, crashing sound card from day one, and adding a HD caused it to freeze multiple times per day. Just hoping...wishing for the day this thing dies so I can just build my own like I had previously always done.
