Just picked up an Oral-B iO Series 8 Electric Toothbrush (White Alabaster for me) for $136.

Oral-B iO Series 8 [oralb.com]

Even though it says "Save $80 on your Oral-B iO8 purchase, only from Oral-B. Limited quantities available and no additional discounts apply. Applied automatically when added to cart." I was able to get the coupon code "QUIZ20" to deduct $33.99 for a total of $136 with free shipping.

I don't think you've thought this through. The more expensive your toothbrush, the more expensive the brush heads will cost
There are other options for the heads besides OEM. I've been buying generic brushes for years that work just as well. My oral B motor finally quit after 10 years of brushing twice a day. Highly recommend their brushes

That's for the single brush variant.

Amazon will probably lower the price again when their bots see Oral-B is selling cheaper than them laugh out loud

I was trying to buy that $79 oral B yesterday that went out of stock at Amazon and Target. Saw it was same price on oral B's website but decided to sleep on it, the sale is no longer available on that 7500 model, but this is a better brush. Have no idea if the AI brushing is a gimmick or what, but considering I got 10 years out of my last Oral B I'm willing to pay a little more to find out

I think you guys dropping $136 on a toothbrush are nuts. $136 would buy me a lifetime supply of manual toothbrushes and toothpaste.
I've used a Sonicare for the better part of 5 years and it's lasted. Water got into it and started corroding some parts so that's the only reason why I am looking around. These do clean better than manuals hands down.
