I've got a CAP adjustable incline / flat bench and it's wack.

The upper portion that moves on an incline is always cockeyed to the fixed bottom portion your ass sits on. Doesn't matter if it's up or lying flat.

If this is anything like that, I'd avoid and spend a few bucks more to get a better bench. I've been looking at replacing mine (which I will sometime soon).

I bought the black version during the pandemic. The trim on the pad was falling off within a month, but otherwise it's held up fine. Does have a tiny bit of wobble with heavier DB incline presses.

Note: It is a tall bench compared something like the Rogue 3.0 that I use at the gym.

It's "Nah-good" dyk the brand? I think the weight ratings are bull anyway and only matter to those who survive 😉

I have at least heard of CAP and it looks more solid design from here… but I could see CAP being rickety and a lot less solid than it should be…aka full 🧢 . I agree with the color guy this looks cool and is cheap for this style of build I think a lot of thick metal.

I bought one from universal fitness or bowflex or something when I got my squat cage around $70 6 years ago and looked more like your daymn link, I think the cap is better (although 2x price)

Edit: no decline position, probably standard for the style build. Solid PASS for me but may still work for some
