So I called Selkirk from the Contact Us number from their website, left them a VM, and also sent their Support an email providing them with the Costco and Amazon link.
They just called me back, and were definitively clear about Costco Paddles being better. They told me that Selkirk Prime Max (Costco) is technologically more advanced, and is 100% fiberglass with no Carbon black or Graphite compared to Neo (Amazon item) which includes both graphite and carbon black in addition to fiberglass.
I was expecting to hear that, makes me happy with my Costco order. So here, now you know.

See if you use them, then consider carbon fiber in a few years as prices come down due to growing popularity and therefore competition.
Just got me a set of 2 fiberglass paddles for $20 total on Amazon black Friday. Had a 50% coupon on top of the sale. They are likely still out there
