You aren't living in reality. A steering wheel, drive motor for the wheel, pedals, and shifter could easily sell for over $1000 with no cockpit.

You could always buy a Logitech G29 and clip it to a TV dinner table, but this isn't what you are looking at. This is specifically made for direct drive units with high torque (~12-25 Nm). The F-GT for more average direct drives (~5-8Nm without bracing) sells for $500 and does include a seat, though most people don't like the seat and wished they bought the version without a seat.
Is this FWD or AWD
May be aging myself but this is more expensive than my first car. But probably a lot more comfortable and less janky lol
