Re-purchasing and returning the first
Pros: heated water, heated seat, remote and saved user preferences
Cons: Women in my life don't like the bidet part (but love the heated seat!), air filtering system has slowly lost functionality, drying is lackluster.
Overall, it's one of the best splurges/investments I've ever made. I have a ~$30 basic bidet installed elsewhere, and while that's preferable to no bidet, the Toto is leaps and bounds beyond comparison.

I've owned hand sprayer bidets/cold water bidet attachments like Luxe Neo 180/Neo 320 and used the BioBidet 1000 model and others. The Toto K300 is my favorite model, it's just higher quality and works great. I'm a bigger guy at 6ft 200lbs+ and the water pressure gets plenty strong strong enough on the K300 to clean you off, I only use the middle strength setting. If you turn the pressure all the way up it will splatter water on the back so the pressure can get strong. It doesn't have enema functionality like the BB1000 or BB2000 but I don't really need that feature anyways.
K300 for $500 brand new shipped by Amazon is a good deal.

I'm currently waiting for my DLS Deluxe to be returned now. If it wasn't such a huge waste of money, I'd buy this one to replace it in a heartbeat. But alas, like many SD'ers, I'm thrifty and will wait at least until the warranty has run out on the BioBidet or it's simply no longer repairable.
