You aren't kidding. AND Maltodextrin is SUGAR and will spike your blood sugar. Sugar free though! smdh.

Good grief! WHY does it have every toxic sweetener imaginable too?! Xylitol is more than enough for sweetening & it is safe.

I use Mentos Clean Breath hard mints and they have 1/4 the ingredients. I assume these have so many ingredients for the texture?

This is the worst place to try to educate people on things they should avoid. If cancer has a 50% off deal it'll be Frontpage is less than an hour.

I mean I am sure there is a study out there showing it COULD be harmful. But yes, most studies seem to show it is a safe sugar substitute. Ideally you want monk fruit or stevia because xylitol can cause digestive issues in particular they can give you gas and the like if eaten in large amounts. It also can raise your GI slightly.

Pur gum, in the bag, has like 5 ingredients and has a crunchy shell. Amazon sells it and it goes on sale occassionally. 55 pieces for $5 or so right now.
