couldn't get DASH60 to apply, never works with DashPass-only codes despite clearly having & using DashPass benefits...currently Chase Sapphire Preferred, had same issue with other cards in past...delivery and pickup both yield inaccurate error "Unfortunately, this promotion is only for current DashPass subscribers. Sign up for DashPass to take advantage of this and many other benefits!"

How do we enroll? I have the Marriott Bonvoy but I don't see anyway on the Chase website to enroll the card and get the 12 months.
