At the time of this writing the 100 B12 500mcg tablets are only 3rd party (coupon n/a). The others are still available.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank ponagathos

The prices on these are super high before coupons. They must be hoping a bunch of people forget to cancel the follow up shipments.

Definitely get your Vit D levels tested by your doctor first. I've been taking 4000 IU daily since start of covid, my levels went from 17 (deficient) to 70 ng/mL (higher end of normal range).

If you're already in normal range then no need to bump up your dosage

5000iu a lot though. Will have to start taking every other day or something.

Please don't spread false information! 5,000 IU is about what the average person whois even mildly deficient needs to take per day. If you have certain health issues such as autoimmune ones, even autoimmune asthma you need more. I take 10,000 IU and have no asthma while on it. There are NO KNOWN safety issues ever when taskin 50,000+ IU's a day, over 150,000 IU's a day HAS been found to have some issues in some people BUT also is proven in some people to be the only thing to fix their autoimmune issues.

A "more normal" dose is 1,000-4000 IU a day, the average person is deficient in D by A LOT but if we pretend someone actually has a moderate level 1,000-2,000IU is the currently believe REQUIRED dose by naturopaths. ie: the people who actually want others to be healthy and not constantly going back to their DR and buying pharma and paying into that sick industry.

If you are concerned about dosage - DAYS DO NOT MATTER - you can take 50,000IU in a day and go weeks... Medically they often give 150,000IU in a shot all at once per month. Generally it is considered that in a month you should get about 50,000-150,000. The RDA's by the U.S. governement have long been proven complete BS and totally false for certain things. B3 is a great example. RDA is less than 1% of actual proven requirement by the liver even. This is why NOBODY get sick off those B-Bomb type Super pills... Conventional wisdom is actually embraced idiocy, don't feed into herd-logic.

Also, do you consume fluoride through water, toothpaste, processed meats, etc? You aren't absorbing much D if you do...... I don't consume nearly any fluoride and 10,000IU a day is perfect.

Vitamin K supplements have a tendency of sending people to the hospital, you should really only get K from your diet unless under medical supervision or a short and mild dosage. It is NOT a chemical to play around with in the body.
