(I tried it without adding the 30% coupon item to my cart first, just the 40% off and s&s and the total was $3.98 shipped) (somehow doing it the way I tried the second time, got me the bigger discount and total down to $1.81)

5000 IU, though. Every two or three days, maybe? Come to think of it, I'm in gloomy Seattle so maybe 2x/day

A "more normal" dose is 1,000-4000 IU a day, the average person is deficient in D by A LOT but if we pretend someone actually has a moderate level 1,000-2,000IU is the currently believe REQUIRED dose by naturopaths. ie: the people who actually want others to be healthy and not constantly going back to their DR and buying pharma and paying into that sick industry.
If you are concerned about dosage - DAYS DO NOT MATTER - you can take 50,000IU in a day and go weeks... Medically they often give 150,000IU in a shot all at once per month. Generally it is considered that in a month you should get about 50,000-150,000. The RDA's by the U.S. governement have long been proven complete BS and totally false for certain things. B3 is a great example. RDA is less than 1% of actual proven requirement by the liver even. This is why NOBODY get sick off those B-Bomb type Super pills... Conventional wisdom is actually embraced idiocy, don't feed into herd-logic.
Also, do you consume fluoride through water, toothpaste, processed meats, etc? You aren't absorbing much D if you do...... I don't consume nearly any fluoride and 10,000IU a day is perfect.
