the warehouse price is 250 now too, i got my 50$ refund. its pretty much identical to the breville one for 1/4th the price

I bought this 3 weeks ago at $299. Saw it in store today at $249 so I got a price adjustment.

It's a very good pizza oven but you don't need to take my word for it. There's a huge thread on pizzamaking.com on this oven and you can see what can be achieved with this oven.

This is a steal. Was $399.99 then reduced to $299.99. Now manufactures savings of $49.99 bringing this deal to $249.99. Sale valid at Costco instore and online 12/1-12/17.

Great initial reviews on the pizza forums for these but they are serious space eaters. I'm going to wait until they start popping up on market place when people get bored of them.
