- The Jersey Mike's® Fandango Ticket Promotion (the "Promotion") begins on November 20, 2023 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends the earlier of (a) December 31, 2023, at 11:59:59 pm ET, or (b) immediately after the number of Codes earned by customers during the Promotion reaches 105,000 (the "Promotion Period"). The computer of Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems, Inc. ("JMFS") is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
- During the Promotion Period, Jersey Mike's customers can obtain a Code for $5.00 toward the purchase of one movie ticket to see Migration at Fandango partner theaters in the United States (each, a "Code"). To receive a Code, a customer must (a) be a MyMike's member and (b) place an order in the Jersey Mike's app that includes at least one (1) sandwich and earns at least one (1) Shore Point while logged into such MyMike's account. After such purchase, the customer will receive the Code in the order confirmation email, which will include a link to a Fandango.com landing page at which the code may be redeemed.
- Code is good towards the purchase of one movie ticket (up to $5.00 total ticket price and associated fees and charges) to see Migration at Fandango partner theaters in the US. Code is void if not redeemed by February 29, 2024 or when Migration is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango's convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and maximum value of the Code will not be refunded. Excludes multiple admission tickets. Limit 1 Code per person.
