Bought several jersey mikes gift card last week from dollar general stores at flat 20% off. No limit. Plus used cash app card and got additional 5% savings on dollar general. Offer keeps changing & coming at dollar general every week. Keep checking. Maybe one near Christmas flat savings. Also Taco Bell & Uber eats was flat 20% off entire last week.

I can confirm adding a single $100 gift card adds 4x $5 bonus cards to your cart. The receipt email also shows the 4 bonus cards. Gift cards have not arrived yet so it's not instant.

edit: all 5 GCs arrived within 10 minutes.

I got this deal last year and there weren't any shenanigans. Only catch is that it's annoying having to have the cashier scan multiple bonus cards + gift cards for an order, but worth the savings in my opinion

What Amex offer? I'm aware of a Chase offer for 10% CB at Jersey Mikes, but these GCs are actually sold through a 3rd party website so that wouldn't work.

I doubt online would work, since most online gift cards are charged by third party. but on the chance that the stores are also doing this promo (I don't know if they are) stack Chase offers of 10% back off max $3.00.

Are there shenanigans here? Like only 1 $5 bonus gift card can be used at a time, requires a $20 purchase, only usable Jan-Feb, those kinds of things?

tried it with amex but it is under ROSS WCG so don't think it will trigger amex bonus

Why can't these companies just charge you $20 for a $25 gift card and stop the silly separate nonsense? Or at least give you a choice to add it to the card or have it separate.
