That one is 547 sqft. This one is 1300 sqft. Significant difference that may be worth looking at a standalone air sensor.
Different rating systems. Shady companies, like the one in OP, often use the non-standard ratings for marketing. Both of those purifiers are similar in size with similar air change rates. That said, both are tiny and unlikely to do much for anything but the smallest of rooms.
the reason is it has an air quality sensor and lower noise at low setting

the manufacturer of the 1300 sq ft room one likes to show big numbers. 1300 sq ft is 1 air change per hour which is garbage for air purification. you want 5 air changes per hour so the most it is good for would be 260 sq ft
the other one would be good for a maximum 109 sq ft
they are both garbage systems as far as air purifiers go since they are not:
AHAM verified (independent lab verified to do what they claim)
No CADR (clean air delivery rate) values listed, should have 3 different values, 1 for smoke, 1 for dust and 1 for pollen
False coverage areas listed in specs (manufacturers like to list the large value that the machine can clean in 1 hour but you want 5 air changes per hour)
Also given their physical sizes, there is no way they could possibly due what they are claiming
