Maybe you're not getting the response you wanted because nobody thinks to print an ebook. If you want a physical copy, borrow it from your local library for free instead of paying $3 for an ebook and then wasting paper and ink to print it.

I couldn't find any info on what the appropriate starting age to read this. I don't want to have my 15-yr old to read this then hate math and reading afterwards. 😬

You'll have to use the browser to purchase books from Amazon.

It's been a while since we can't purchase digital media including kindle books from the Amazon app. Google only allows their payment methods for apps downloaded through Google Play Store, so Amazon removed the option to purchase books.
