It does support 120hz and VRR with the HDMI 2.0 ports but not at 4K, you have to drop to 1080p or 1440p to use them.

I've had one for about 3 years now and it's great for 4k/60hz gaming but if I were buying a TV today to use with my PS5, I think spending a little more for a TV with HDMI 2.1 would be worth it to me.

About as cheap as you're going to find a 65" with a 120hz refresh rate I think, but it's already sold out in my area.

2 months ago was 699, appears to be a 2020 model that stock got held during pandemic.

Costco is the way to go. Unfortunately, no HDMI 2.1 is a killer when it comes to 120hz and VRR... a drop on the Hisense 7 series is what I'm hoping for as a replacement gaming TV. It's been out of stock for a while though... makes me wonder if it's done for that model. This one seems like a decent deal for just TV watching though... hhmmm
