Shit show indeed. Wait time for me was almost 45 mins before I was able to speak to someone. She needed proof of the $17.99 price so forwarded her the subscription email. Another 10 mins on hold and she honored the $17.99 price saying $47 discount will be added when the order ships. Received the 'order adjustment' email. We'll see what happens.
