CapitalOne Offers portal offers 3% statement credit. Using CapitalOne Quick Silver gives 1.5% cashback. I have no problem using them to pay my AT&T Fiber, Farmer insurance, local natural gas, water, electricity bills. I maxed out my $75 Chase Paypal 5% limit of $1500 on 3 of my Chase cards Frown. I used it to pay my property tax.

Ordered $600, spent it all on medical bills and got it reimbursed throughout FSA. Wish it was not $100 card and $250 ones. But with the measly 5% off for past few months, i will take this win

Best way to zero out a low balance Mastercard/Visa/American Express is to buy Amazon egift card provided it has at least a $1 balance.

Say you have $3.49 left on the CC. Then buy an Amazon egiftcard for that exact amount & toss the zero balance cc.

a lot of people here used Chase Freedom card including myself, for this Quarter, this card gives 5% back for up to $2500 Paypal payment, so it is 9% even if do not use cash back site.
I thought it was only $1500.

You won't be able to buy any gift cards with these MC/Visa/AE gift cards from giftcards.com. You just can't use it to buy an Amazon egift card. However, you can load the balance into an Amazon egift card you already have tho.

From my experience, T-Mobile.com doesn't accept these either.
I just paid my Tmobile post-paid bill online with this card and it worked

My concern is having to sit on some customer service line for 30 minutes because my card won't work. Been there, done that.
I bought 3x cards and already bought Costco gift cards from Costco.com.

Most likely, you cannot. I am sure xfinity and Spectrum are not accepting this

Most of Gas and Electricity take this type of card
I just paid my xfinity bill with these gift cards.
