The worst terrible tool I owned from Milwaukee, add $20 to get the fuel version, much better. (might through some kind of hack).

Never buy non- fuel, save up for a fuel it's worth the few more bucks.

I kind of disagree.. I have had both and the fuel is much bulkier and heavier trying to get into tight spaces like under a house cutting out lines inbetween floor joists. I took the fuel version back and kept the normal 18V as it worked better for me. But to each his own and the "Tim the Toolman Taylor" More Power chant echoes in the background.

This is fine if you need to do a few cuts. But if you're cutting all day, get a fuel.

$80 sounds good, but I've never used it.

This model was among my first few milwaukee tools. I got it on clearance for about $40 and I feel I overpaid. The fuel model is worth every penny more, especially at this price.

edit: you can get the fuel model for about $86 if you go the "hack" route from home depot. you're wasting money by NOT stepping up to the fuel for just $7 more, TBH.

The hackzall is terrible. I call it the wrist annihilator. There is no room on planet earth for a one handed sawzall.

Why not? Is it too heavy or what does it do to your wrists??
