Yeah maybe with other brands, but you should probably do some research on this specific brand and model of subs before jumping to that conclusion to understand that will most-likely not be the case with these. Even if there was a chance of it happening, their CS has been lauded by many. It's a sub-$500 (pun intended) sub that punches above its weight class.

FYI, looks like if oyu want to purchase a speaker grill of the opposite color (I'm getting white, but want the black grille), it seems like they can invoice you $39 per my chat with support. Not sure how worth it that is to some people who would rather paint their grille the color they want, but just sharing for those interested.

I'd go option B personally. Dig deeper and louder that way and you could eventually get a 2nd 12 for bass nirvana.

I'd be in for a subwoofer as well as a center channel, but this power buy to hope for a refunded credit after purchase is simply stupid. They have a discount code entry in checkout, why cant they just give us a code for the slickdeals post?

It's not a "hope" for refunded credit if you fill out the forms properly. Two of my Power Buy members got their refund in less than 2 hours from when I submitted. They're pretty on top of it and the customer service is top notch in my limited experience today.

It's an interesting marketing tactic that I've never seen for sure. I'm guessing it's one way to bring more future customers than if a single user just bought 4 subs alone.
