As with all Amex offers, make sure you add every single one to your card (if it's at 100), then refresh the Offers page (or logout/login) and see if any new ones pop up.

Got it. Then no, all billing is done through T-Mobile. I couldn't even use my gift card balance to upgrade if I wanted to.

it's so tedious, and the fruitfulness is hit or miss for me. I should just make a script that does it.

No way to prepay multiple months, but I believe you should be able to stack these (particularly helpful if you have it on multiple cards) to get a higher tier plan as follows:
  • Step 1: Add Amex card with the offer & set as default billing card.
  • Step 2: Subscribe to "Standard with Ads" plan (initial $6.99 will be charged on day 1).
  • Step 3: Upgrade to "Standard" ($8.50 upgrade charge, prorated if you do it later in month).
  • Step 4: Remove previous Amex & add next Amex card with offers.
  • Step 5: Revert back to "Standard with Ads" plan (will revert at start of next billing cycle).
  • Step 6: After renewal (at $6.99 plan), repeat steps 3-6 if desired.

This will get you the Standard (without ads) plan for $2.50/month after credits (less if you wait until later in the billing cycle to do step 3, since the upgrade is prorated).

If you have 3 Amex cards with the offer, then you should be able to run out service through February using this method (total out of pocket of $7.50 or less).

If you have 4 Amex cards with the offer, then you could string out a little longer but doing the above, but then at the very end of January export your profile, sign up a new account on the 4th card, and use that through the end of February (would lose a few days under the card 3 subscription, but probably still worthwhile).

Likewise, same steps should work to go up to the Premium plan (which would be done after Step 4) if you prefer that vs. additional months, or just have a large number of card with the offer on it.
