Why do they need to add HFCS to applesauce?

The unsweetened version is a much better option! Even if you're compelled to add a teaspoon of sugar to it, it's far less than these contain! Not to mention that it's HFCS vs. sugar!

Good deal. Thanks, OP! Same price (per 4 oz. cup) if you choose box of 72 at $14.12 (non-S&S price). It's only practical if you use many of these. The expiration date for these is normally a year or longer on these (hopefully).

If you buy 4x 18-count there is 5% S&S discount + another 5% in addition when you buy 4. Ends up being $12.70 that way (or even better if you have 15% S&S discount).

Edited my post to indicate that was the non-S&S price. If you use many of these, it's a really good deal via S&S option.
