I thought of a way to get two bonuses for one $199.99 Ultimate no ad plan:
1. Sign up for $99.99 w/ ad annual plan using Chase card 1
2. Change the payment card to Chase card 2 in the Max account for future billing
3. Upgrade to $199.99 Ultimate no ad plan, and it will charge only the additional amount ($100 in this case if upgrading the same day) without refunding the original payment (I confirmed with CS)

Add that to list of "except"

But for $200, or even $160 with a dual workaround, is absurd.
Netflix is also becoming absurd. I have a few last things and then it's cancelled this month.
Just got it activated on Chase Sapphire Preffered, check your portal
