I ended up purchasing. Figure I can use the $115 elsewhere, Reddit reviews of Target refurbished were positive but sparse, and I figure I can always return if unhappy with the condition/battery life.

Seems like a pretty darn good deal for an M2 iPad Pro with 256 gigs...though now looking at it closer, I'm sort of confused since it says 4th generation in the title, but M2 in the description. According to Wikipedia, only the 6th gen Pro's have the M2...hmm...

To add to the confusion though, I expanded the specifications section on the product page for this refurb on Target, and down there it has conflicting info, such as:
"Processor model: Apple A12Z Bionic" - instead of the M2 or even M1, haha
"Wireless Technology: Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax)" - instead of WiFi 6E
Oh well, I'll just have to see what actually shows up and go from there. I can always return if it's not the latest model, I guess.

Here's the deal, Apple sold refurbished all have brand new screens installed besides just their internal components checked. I'd feel better about Bestbuy refurb as they have an actual repair center.
