There are no studies that say BreathRight strips are garbage. You like to make things up. These are a very popular product for a reason.

I love proving people wrong with facts:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31209698/
Conclusions: BRNS did not significantly improve subjective measures of sleep quality and nasal congestion compared with placebo strips in this population of chronic nocturnal congestion sufferers with self-reported sleep impairment, possibly due to a strong placebo effect.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27707442/
Conclusions: Our data indicate that NDS is an attractive placebo intervention for randomized controlled trials evaluating the effects of CPAP in sleepy patients with OSA.

I love proving you wrong:
Your cited study conclusions are subjective. The link below one of yours is not:

Quick search shows another positive study. Where is the study that says these strips are "garbage" like you posted?

Looks like you didn't read those studies I linked, even a link below your posting. Also looks like you need a bit of a history lesson. This company was created by a group of Minnesota Doctors that invented and marketed the Breath Right device. A few years later, after widespread adoption by thousands of repeat customers and a soaring stock market value, a major British pharmaceutical company bought the Breath Right company for worldwide distribution. Now millions of customers worldwide benefit from this medical device. Makes your opinion rather small and insignificant, and false on the face of it. You and everyone else that can only manage to give a review on any product by saying "garbage" will be ignored.

Winner: Sweet Drool

-1st place participant's research was far more compelling and relative to the argumen stating: "haven't these been scientifically proven to do Jack Shit?"

Winner gets to go about there day knowing they digitally won a battle of words today against yet another opponent that clearly doesn't understand how to research well for their arguments....2nd place gets a night of internet rage that will most likely create ,yet, even more arguments and bitterness towards nasal strips

simply put, if they worked, then ENTs would recommend them

find me credible doctors who recommend them - simply put they don't. only doctors who do are the shams that created and marketed this product

millions of people buy millions of products purely on placebo every day.

the fact the company is successful doesn't mean anything. the fact that any ENT would never prescribe this as a form of treatment is proof they don't believe in it.
