First time post, so forgive me for any mistakes.

I got a rail, bag, connectors, and clamps on Black Friday from these guys (maxtool.com) and the purchase went great. Since then, been watching for this exact bundle since I didn't want the case, and I have plenty (too many if you ask my wife) batteries. I also added the fine finish blade as a second blade for $34.97 while I was at it.

I got this from their VIP 48 hour text this morning, but I don't believe it requires any kind of code. I tried it from another browser on another machine and it showed the same prices. I'm sure someone will correct me if they can't see the price. If so, I'll try to figure it out and edit this post.

There are other configurations of the package with similarly good prices on there as well.

Free shipping on anything over $199 (normal for Maxtool)

This was the cheapest way to get these items I've found since I've been tracking them. Hopefully this helps someone out.

I think that's the cheapest I've seen. The kit with battery and track is going for $599 which is a few bucks more than the last deal. Both are good deals IMHO

There's also this deal on eBay from FAO, an authorized seller as well, for $449.65 after coupon code "saveongifts" This setup includes Track saw, Packout, 6ah battery, and Rapid charger.

The other manufacturer tracks don't work well with this saw. Read numerous reports that there is slop in the track, especially the anti-tip feature is useless with other tracks.

Is the slop reported to be with makita and Festool tracks?

Is anti-tip particularly needed with this saw? My Festool doesn't have one and I don't feel a need for one though.

The multiple reports I've read were specifically regarding the makita tracks. I wouldn't put too much stock into not being able to use the anti-tip—it's not critical but I can't speak for everyone

The anti-tip feature works perfectly on the Wen tracks, I highly recommend they are dirt cheap and work great. Just make sure when you receive them they are straight and you are good to go
