I bought this digitally with the voucher program & discounted gift cards...so it came to about $30~ for me. I wouldn't pay retail for this digitally, but I would for the physical and then just trade/sell it.

10/10 for the nostalgia. New combat made it even easier to just...enjoy playing the game. . Dunno if I'll ever play it again but if my child got old enough to read they'd love it (as I played this about 9 years old initially and there were a few things over my head)

They prey on nostalgia, which is the majority of Nintendo's IP releases anyway. It's a shame I fall victim to it because the number of games I actually want for my Nintendo consoles is usually barely a justification for buying the consoles, yet here I sit with three switches to my name... I played the original when it came out and it was a great game. Perfect simple RPG for those who don't want layers of sub menus and 1000's of options at their finger tips, but yeah, it would have been nice if they actually made a follow up instead of a rerelease, but maybe we will get lucky.

It's shocking that this costs even this much. I get it, updated graphics, music, and probably a few features, but it's still just the 1996 game re-made/updated.

Completely. Metriod Prime was remastered and looks beautiful and it's only $40.

I know it's been a few years now, but Super Nintendo Mini has this game on it. You got 21 games for $80 I think. If you are a super fan of the game wouldn't you have bought that? Or spend $60 just because the Switch is mobile?
