I picked one up today and like others mentioned, no stand, and it was clearly a floor model. That said, I opted to keep it because the picture quality is just that good. Been in the market for 65 inch for quite some time and this blows the C3 out of the water in terms of sheer brightness and color.

Unfortunately, there were nearly 9000(!!!) hours on the panel, and there was significant burn in on it. But I bought the five year protection plan so let's see if they'll replace the panel. If not, I have until mid January to return it. I've had success with floor display OLEDs in the past where they replaced the panel, so I'm hopeful.
Please report back if they replaced the panel I'm in the same boat thinking if I should purchase the warranty

I was able to order. It took couple days to complete my order ready for pickup. Its a display piece. No remote and could not check the hours in store. Now I have couple days to decide if I have to take it or leave it. I was told these oleds are always kept on for 24hrs and was asked to consider 12 months plus time period of being turned on.

If it is from Best Buy and is clearanced make sure you check it out the best you can before leaving the store. 6 months ago I bought a 65" Sony OLED in excellent condition but had to drive 30 miles to get to the store. I tried calling the store but Best Buy does not allow that anymore, you just get the Best Buy national customer service that can only read you back what is on the screen which of course is worthless. When I got to the store they pulled out the OLED on a cart and it was just the monitor all wrapped in bubble wrap. There were no acc. at all, not even the remote. When I asked if I could at least look at the screen to see if it was in excellent condition they refused and said they were not allowed to cut thru the bubble wrap. We both agreed that the SONY was hardly in excellent condition, it was barely in fair condition. The craziest thing is that of course I refused the TV, but to return my money they needed the serial no. of the TV, and to get it he had to rip off all the bubble wrap which he had just told me he was not allowed to do.

How much did you pay for the warranty? Is there some clause that prevents it from applying to TV's on for that long?

I got one in good condition with stand but missing remote. Stand is pretty heavy, ended up mounting it anyway. Ordered remote on eBay, waiting to see hours. I'll keep it and add warranty. I've had pretty good luck with Best Buy warranties.

Warranty goes off the price of the TV. Just go on their website and browse TV's that are a similar price and you'll see the warranty cost. And there's no clauses that prevents it from applying to a display model with high hours.

Just know that down the line, if you need it to be repaired, the repair will likely cost more than the TV is worth, so they'll "junk" it out and you'll get what you paid for (minus the warranty cost) on a Best Buy gift card

I landed an "excellent" quality open box but had a pretty bad time when I went to pick it up in Long Island City, Queens. The guy went looking for the TV for a half an hour, then finally told me it it wasn't there. I waited at Customer Service for a refund, the girl went to look for it and finally found it. She said it was missing a remote and they couldn't figure out how to turn it on. I'd been there almost an hour at that point so I gave up. Went home and ordered an A80l. Probably won't notice the difference in real life.

Can you please share the step by step method you used to view the # of hours usage on the panel? The guides I've seen online don't match the buttons I have on the TV (I actually have the A95L). I'm sure the method and the remote are the same as A95K.

Thank you.

I purchased a floor model for $1800. It was in great condition and also the only way I could have afforded this tv, which was and is my dream tv. I did buy a 3 year full warranty. Just wanted to say I've had it now for 6 months and I have no regrets. I also have a s95b and this is much better. The reality creation and motion handling are phenomenal. Even after 6 months of ownership I still love tinkering with settings.

Does it have a box and other accessories like remote and back plate covers?

Might be able to secure one myself but need to check first if is worth it yo go to?
It did not have a box, but it did have the remote, camera, power chord, but was missing the back plates. Overall I've been very satisfied with the set. It is incredible looking and worth it.

How's the DSE? May have been returned for something.
